Here's a buggy T trailer that I got with my buggy and I'm not going to use (already have two trailers). Has a 2" hitch, lights (appear to be fairly new and all work) with 4 prong connector, safety chains, has a spare tire mount, buggy tie down mounts, fold up ramps, has some expanded metal flooring. I pulled the buggy home about a hundred miles and it was fine, but I'm sure it could use some work before you went too far with it (wheels bearings, tires maybe). Would also consider trades for spindle mount front wheels or other buggy parts.
