Ok so approx 2yrs ago me and the wifey where enjoying ourselves at little Sahara, (we ussually stay at the north campground), one of the nights that we went riding we planned to do as we ussually do and follow the fence line around the entire park, we took off on our little adventure we made it all the way to the south westerly part of the park and was having a good ol'time laughing and talking when BOOM out of nowhere came this LARGE ANIMAL HEAD right out of the brush, of course it scared the crap outta us, well my wife anyway , I got a really good look at it considering it was so close to us i could have picked its nose... It was just a black cow, yes it sounded strange to me at first a cow in the park?? i just thought id share that little story with everyone.

I've also seen a black cow in the trails at night a long time ago....

Oct of 2008 there was one there. I wonder if we all saw the same one.

I will say i do believe it was in october of 08 that we seen that mysterious black monster cow i know we used to go in october every year, Id have to dbl check on that with the wifey she remembers that kinda crap better than me. I swear i seen a jackelope once to, thats a whole other fun story tho.... I had never even heard of jackalope or the story of a jackalope until people looked at me like a IDIOT and led me in the right direction on them. But i still swear i seen one running along the fence line on hwy 281 just south of hwy 412... yes it was late (2am or so) but no i was not drinking yet soooo...
