Early Sunday morning the sand was very wet and there was a heavy frost on the dunes (28 degrees) with the shaded areas being frozen, It made for some tricky riding until it warmed up above freezing. The sand was smooth and with all the moisture in the sand it was lots of fun to ride. It warmed up enough by afternoon (65 degrees) you didn't a coat on, but the wind was starting to blow about 20mph with a little blowing sand. To sum it up if you missed Sunday you missed a great day.
