You will need:
(1) stick of butter
(1) green pepper
(1) onion
(6) small red potatoes
(6) links of sausage of your choice [spicey]
(1) bottle of Grill Mates seasoning [lemon pep & mesquite]
(1) box of reynolds wrap

Slice potatoes into 1" or so pieces, slice pepper and onion into chuncks of your desire, and slice sausage into 1" pieces.
Mix everything together in a pile. Put on top of a large (double) sheet of aluminum foil. Put stick of butter on top of everything. Sprinkle everything with seasoning. Don't be shy either... pile it on!
Take sides of foil and wrap contents into a pile inside the foil. Pack down so nothing escapes while cooking.
Now through it on a grill at about medium heat.
It is done when you can stick a small knife, fork, or tooth pick in and you go right through. Hint: potatoes take the longest...

Feeds 4-6 people... um-um good!
