I had a question about Private Messages this morning. When I set up the forums I thought they were configured to do so. Well duh , I did not realize that you had to install another module. I did a little research and found a Module called UddeIM which works with Joomla and CB. After some head banging I finally got the module installed. On the left hand User Menu below CB online which shows all members logged in, there should be a "uddeIM Notifier" Box with your PMs and below that should be the Mail box. You can go Inbox and get your messages from there you can reply and compose. At the very bottom is a compose box. The only thing I do not like about this is you have to sort through a drop down user box. But this is "the way it is." Let me know if you have any problems with it.

I've done some testing and so far the PM system seems to work fine. You will also receive and email when you get a PM.

How do you send a PM. I can't seem to find where that option is. Thanks!

On the left side of the screen scroll down to where it says: uddeIM Notifier- click on that- there is also a uddeIM Mailbox. It is below User Menu etc.... I know it works b/c DMiller and I tested it.
