any tips on getting more power out of my 2009 rzr. I already performed the clutch mod wich gave me another ten miles an hour up to 65. I personly do not see any side affects to this mod.

If you want more power then you need to do the "big 3" mods..

1. Air intake. Usually an open filter system located behind the driver's seat. Works well but increases the noise..
2. CDI/fuel injection controller/map. Since the RZR is fuel injected there is no carb, but the FI system still needs to be tweeked, especially with mod #1 and #3

3. Full exhaust system, twins preferred. Mods #1 and #2 get more air in and mixed with the fuel, now you need less restriction to get all of the extra air/exhaust out.

If you want even more power, then the next step would be increasing the compression ratio with a new piston and cam for optimal results.. And remember, its just $$$$..

1. $349.95 K&N Engineering has designed a new performance air intake system for the 2008-09 Polaris Ranger RZR 800. Dyno testing shows a 3.40 horsepower increase at 25.6 mph. The K&N airbox replaces the stock airbox and intake track. An oversized K&N X-Stream Top air filter is included to increase airflow along with dirt and dust capacity. K&N’s unique pleated design provides a larger surface area and an increased volume of air flow over the stock unit. This results in better throttle response, additional horsepower and longer service intervals. $349.95

2. $269.95 Two Brothers Racing JUICE BOX™ - Premium Fuel Controller

· Increases horsepower.
· Improves throttle response.
· Installs in minutes.
· New third generation technology.
· No computer needed to adjust EFI.
· Plug-in technology (Doesn’t interfere with stock ECU map).
· Integrated buttons provide easy adjustment.

Your Electronically Fuel-Injected bike can now boast improved drivability and more power with the Two Brothers Racing “Juice Box™” fuel controller. The Juice Box™ features simple plug and play installation and quick and easy adjustment. No need for computers and complex maps, just use the integrated buttons & LED display. Uses carburetor tuning logic for easy to understand fuel adjustments.

Key benefits include:

- Allows addition of fuel required with engine modifications without upsetting stock fuel map.
- Integrated buttons provide easy adjustment and fine-tuning of fuel delivery curve without external programming devices.
- LED lights indicate fuel delivery settings while tuning.
- Won’t interfere with bike’s stock sensors and inputs.
- Easy to install (Each application comes with detailed color photo instructions).

3. $369.95 2008-09 Polaris Ranger RZR800 M-7 V.A.L.E.™ Stainless Steel Slip-On Exhaust System: Sporting a precision mandrel bent brushed stainless slip tube and brushed aluminum canister our stainless slip-on system is a great value. Performance gains of our slip-ons are similar to our full systems at a fraction of the cost. Whether you are on the racetrack, trail riding, woods riding or just having fun in the sand this exhaust performs. Performance gains are seen and felt in every part of the powerband. We are sure that when you pull this exhaust system out of the box, install it on your ATV, and feel the performance you will agree that it is The Absolute Top Level™.

Through extensive testing and racing developments we have produced a winning combination of Top Level Performance on and off the racetrack with our new RZR800 M-7 Exhaust System. The Twobros M-7 off-road stainless/aluminum exhaust systems come complete with a USFS approved removable spark arrestor. $369.95

Theres a few things we sell to most of our RZR owners. The other thing i would recommend is you get Chassis Bones, Gusset Plates, Bumpers, HID Replacment Headlights, and a Severe Duty Belt the stock ones suck. One other thing you can get is the shock supports I usally keep 1 kit of those in stock for the guys that like to do alot of jumping. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Hope this helps some
